Ashley Michelle Groh, began her real estate career in Virginia in 2013 and became licensed in Maryland in 2021, at Pearson Smith Realty, LLC. Ashley is a local Northern Virginia Native and has extensive knowledge of the NOVA real estate market. Ashley is a professional with a strong work ethic, built on integrity, energy, creativity, hard work, commitment, and client oriented service in every aspect of your real estate transaction. Ashley brings her experienced approach, strong work ethic, and dedication to the real estate process. She makes it her mission to secure the best deals for all of her clients! Ashley has her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her passion has always been helping people. Prior to Real Estate Ashley spent 5 years in IT government contracting, working her way from Administrative Assistant, to Proposal Analyst, to Business Development Representative. She has also worked as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, providing Intensive In-home therapy and ABA therapy services to children and young adults with Autism and other significant mental health conditions.
Ashley is an innovator with a diverse skill set and professional background. She is also an artist with an innate gift for interior decorating, design, and art. She launched her own Home Staging and Interior Decorating business, Dynamic Designs and Staging, LLC., in 2019.
When you list your home with Ashley, she provides her sellers with her expert Home staging services at no cost to the her sellers!
Ashley is also a Homes For Heroes Affiliate Realtor. Homes for Heroes is a nonprofit which serves current and former firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves and veterans), healthcare professionals and teachers qualify to receive Hero Rewards.
